After verification, you'll need to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process by uploading a clear photo of a valid Philippine government-issued ID — this can be your PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, or UMID. KYC is required before your first withdrawal.

Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can make your first withdrawal. To complete it, log in to your phbida account and navigate to Account Settings > Verification. Upload the following:

  • A selfie holding your ID next to your face
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months) — required for withdrawals above ₱50,000

Some account details — such as your registered name and date of birth — cannot be changed after KYC verification, as they are tied to your verified identity. However, you can update your contact email, mobile number, and preferred payment methods through Account Settings.

For any changes that require identity re-verification, please contact our support team directly. Changes to sensitive account information may require you to re-submit KYC documents.
