This agreement governs your use of the phbida platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on phbida, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your phbida account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbida account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phbida will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phbida immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
phbida is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You agree to cooperate fully with phbida's KYC process, which may include providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. phbida may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending completion of KYC verification.
phbida accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phbida account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. phbida does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which phbida accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed by phbida subject to the following conditions:
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed instantly once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during standard banking hours. phbida targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received before 9:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the phbida Platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current transaction limits before initiating a deposit or withdrawal. phbida reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to transactions above specified thresholds.
All player account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on the phbida Platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). phbida does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of players.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phbida reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus terms, engaged in bonus arbitrage, or been identified as operating multiple accounts are not eligible for phbida bonuses. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
phbida actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. phbida reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
phbida reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, provided that the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been met.

phbida reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phbida reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, where required for regulatory compliance, or where phbida determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
phbida may permanently close your account where: a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; KYC verification cannot be completed to phbida's satisfaction; fraudulent activity has been identified; or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction. Upon closure for breach, phbida reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account to the extent permitted by law.
You may request the closure of your phbida account at any time by contacting phbida's customer support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbida's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbida account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phbida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phbida has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phbida does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phbida shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond phbida's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, and government actions.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phbida's liability for death or personal injury caused by phbida's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
phbida collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the phbida Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phbida collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. phbida does not sell player personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the provision of Platform services (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) or where required by law.
Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to phbida's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory and anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Data retention and deletion requests may be submitted to phbida's support team.

In the event of any dispute between you and phbida arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days may be referred to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, to whose exclusive jurisdiction both parties irrevocably submit.
phbida operates in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe that phbida has acted in breach of applicable gaming regulations may submit a complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
